Here you will find some of the frequently asked questions in the Discord, and answers to them.

How does the renewal system work?

Our renewal fee is €50 and it occurs every month. To add your card information for the automatic renewal, you need to first go the our dashboard, click on update card and insert your payment information. Your card will then automatically get charged once your key has expired. After multiple failed attempts to charge you, the key will be deleted and won't get reactivated by us. If you somehow get kicked from the discord, try to rebind your key and renew it. If there should be more issues, feel free to open a ticket in the discord.

My card got declined, when will you attempt to recharge me?

In case you got declined when trying to renew your key, the next attempt to charge your card will happen one or two days afterwards. In that time frame you can also change your card by updating it on the dashboard. If you are having any issues with that, feel free to open a ticket in the discord.

Can I sell my key?

Unbinding is currently disabled and selling your key is not allowed.

Can I update the proxies while running?

Yes, this does work properly and won't cause any issues within the bot.

Why can't I see my tasks/profiles on the dashboard?

This issue happens, when your browser stopped the connection to the EarthSideIO-Servers. If you should run into that issue, try to refresh the dashboard in order to establish a new connection. If you still can't see any tasks or profiles on the dashboard, check if you did select a mode in the bot such as Dashboard Mode.

In some cases, it's possible that your root certificate for our domain expired, in that case do the following steps:

  1. Go to start, type Internet Explorer and run it as admin.

  2. Go to https://earthside.io and click on the padlock icon in the top right corner next to the search bar.

  3. Click view certificates

  4. Click install certificates, choose either user or local machine.

  5. Click Place all certificates in the following store

  6. Choose Trusted Root Certification Authorities

What does 'Blocked by Anti-Bot' / 'Blocked by Akamai' / 'Blocked by PX' mean?

This means your IP address (proxy) is flagged and you need to use a different set of proxies in order to get around the block. On sites with Akamai or PX the bot will attempt to resolve the Ban.

What does error submitting shipping mean?

Could mean a variety of things; though however in most instances it means that the site is down/under heavy load and the bot is unable to proceed to the next step. Leave the tasks running and as soon as the site can handle the load again the bot will attempt to check out.

What does 'reset your key' mean on the bot and why am I getting it?

It's a security measure, just head into your dashboard and reset your key and proceed as normal.

What delays do you recommend?

Delays are not just a 'one size fits all'. They depend wholly on your proxies. No one delay is going to be the same for everyone which is why we urge you to to keep trying different things out and find that 'sweet spot' for your perfect set up. For example, sites like Offspring are very quick to rate limit (ban) you and with that being said, my advice is the more proxies you have, the lower the delays that you can run.

What is a good amount of tasks?

This depends on your PC/Laptop specs, if your PC/Laptop can run 1000 tasks and you have enough proxies for it, feel free to run 1000 tasks. If your PC/Laptop can run 10 tasks and you have enough proxies for it, feel free to run 10 tasks. Though however, if 10 tasks are the maximum that your PC/Laptop can run I would advise you to consider upgrading your specs or to get your hands on a server to be able to run more tasks.

What is the difference between 'login failed' and 'Blocked by anti-bot?'

Blocked by anti-bot means your IP address (proxy) is flagged and you need to use a different set of proxies in order to get around the block.

Login failed means that the website is down/under heavy load. Leave the tasks running and as soon as the site can handle the load/requests again, the bot will attempt to check out.

What is a good ratio (task:account) for each website?

Asos - 1 task : account

Courir - 1 task : 1 account

Galeries Lafayette - 1 task : 1 account

Zalando - 1 task : 1 account

Error Message in Phone App

Try to reset your key and test if this fixed your issue. Otherwise open a ticket in our discord server. The error message below could get resolved with resetting your key. It appears when you try to open the app on two different devices. Other reasons for an error messages or for not loading your information can be a jailbroken iOS or a rooted Android device. For Android devices it is also crucial that you don't have developer mode enabled, otherwise the app won't work.
